About

A Full Service Graphic Designer

I'm Cait Poole – a logo designer, front-end web developer and college instructor living and working in Central Massachusetts.

I've loved art and design ever since I was kid. I got my start in print design and worked happily in visual branding, presentation, booklet and poster design for years at a firm in Boston.

After having my first child, I wanted a slower paced work environment but also something new. I found my place at a small web design studio in Concord, MA where I learned the ins-and-outs of building a website from the ground up (Discover, Define, Design, Develop, Deploy) and found my new path.

I wanted to control all parts of the web design experience so I began teaching myself Front End Web Development, UX, and SEO. This new full-stack set of skills thrilled me and continues to every day. I was eventually able to leave my job in Concord and start working for myself as a Designer and Developer, which I've been doing successfully for the past four years.

In Fall of 2017, I began teaching at Mount Wachusett Community College – a place that is very special to me because it's where I got my start and it's a place that employed me while I finished my Bachelor's degree at UMASS Lowell. It's my second home.

Because I teach, I need to stay on top of the graphic design and web development world which keeps me on my toes. My passion and love for design is rekindled everyday through creating the curriculum for my classes and seeing the hard work my students put in and the success in the work they produce. See some of my student's work under my portfolio section.

My speciality is visual branding, starting with your logo design to your website and social media package. I'd love to build your brand from the ground up. To see my personal work continue to my portfolio page.
